My story

Hello, we are from Ukraine!

For several years we had been building up our creative team Eventroom to arrange various events. We had been carried away by arranging a number of celebrations, corporate events and tours.

We were growing and had numerous ideas about future. Yet, all changed on February 24th, 2022. Almost from the very start of the war we have been volunteers in the city of Kharkiv. Our volunteering center has over 30 people.

We have built up a team of caring people and managed to deliver help to people who are unable to help themselves, particularly, senior people who reside alone, people with disabilities and families with many children who live in the remote areas away from the humanitarian aid centres in the city.

Main activities:

• We deliver 300 bags of food on average meant for one person aiming to sustain a person for 4-5 days;
• We find and deliver necessary medicine;
• We deliver food to the hospitals;
• We deliver food and other essential items to Territorial Defense Units and Armed Forces of Ukraine;
• We assist people with evacuation to the assembly point or other cities;
• We find ways to deliver the aid to the people in the critical areas of the city and region.

All this has been possible with the help of donations, charities and personal savings.
