My story
In May 2018, after meeting Bea Johnson, a dream was born – I made a wish for every Ukrainian
family to have a bag with bags instead of a package with packages, and for all offices to become
“green”!
That is how an eco-transformation company “Bilka – Green Thoughts in Action” started its
business. We took up two directions – manufacturing of eco-goods to replace plastic bags in
everyday life and awareness-raising work among children and adults.
Our office and production facilities were located in Kharkiv.
Once the war began, some workers were evacuated, and a comfortable bomb shelter for residents
was set up in the office.
Now we plan to relocate to Lviv and make uniforms for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
