Hello!

Three years ago we decided to build a dream house using American technology SIP (Structural Insulated Panels).

And that’s why we started working. During this time our company:

– started production of SIP (Structural Insulated Panels) with conventional materials and gradually introduced modern innovative materials, and received innovative SIPs that have no analogs in Ukraine and Europe;

– developed our own models of equipment that were of higher quality then counterparts (more economical, more reliable, easier to operate, longer service life, repairable);

– united a team of like-minded people (engineers, designers, builders);

– built economical, energy efficient, non-combustible buildings.

We gradually moved from classical construction (construction on land plots), to modern MODULAR HOUSES.

Started production of modular homes (using our own technology), which allowed to transport the finished houses “MANY TIMES“.

We named them “MOVABLE REAL ESTATE”)))).

But unfortunately our production did not outlast Russian artillery shelling

Our production is needed already and in the future for reconstruction of Ukraine. When we revive our production, we will offer a very democratic price for Ukrainian consumers, because we know how to do this.
